All the Non-Indian Delegates including students must send two forms (1) Information for Indian External Affairs Ministry (2) The Registration form. Please note that if you have an intention to attend the conference (even if you are not sure about the final decision or cancel your trip later), please fill-up the first form (i.e., the information for Indian External Affairs Ministry) and send it by e-mail (or by fax, or by post) to the Convener, at the very earliest. As per the rules of Government of India, these details must be furnished to the External Affairs Ministry well in advance. This is independent of the registration.
